Democratic Club of Delray Beach April Meeting
Please join the Democratic Club of Delray Beach this coming Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM, when Asher Moss will be our guest speaker. Asher is the executive director of the Alliance for American Leadership, a national organization he formed after graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University.
The Alliance is a “PAC working to reform global aid and restore American leadership on the world stage.” That’s a tall task, given the train wreck Trump has made of America’s reputation and the devastation he is causing, with more than 14 million people (4.5 million of them children) projected to lose their lives between 2025 and 2029 as a result of Trump’s cancellation of USAID.
But the Alliance is ready for the challenge. It is present in all 50 states, with more than 1,000 dedicated canvassers working to engage and inform legislators and the public. Asher will be coming in person to tell you more, and I hope you’ll be able to attend.
